The Senior Finance Systems Analyst works as part of the Finance Systems and Solutions team, performing recurring system maintenance, daily task/ticket management/resolution, and development for projects related to OneStream. This position is responsible for defining requirements, executing project plans, coding fixes and enhancements, documenting corporate system processes/procedures, and supporting corporate users in day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate pays great attention to detail, can analyze complex business problems, and is comfortable documenting requirements and outcomes of technical enhancements. In addition, he/she is focused on business needs, quality solutions, and data-driven decisions. The ability to participate in the organization of department timelines and follow up with team members or internal customers is crucial.

Responsibilities: Provide daily support to functional users on Select Medical’s OneStream application. Perform design, development, and implementation of all OneStream-related enhancements, fixes, and projects. Demonstrate the ability to teach/train other team members and communicate professionally with business customers Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes related to all relevant systems Demonstrate an understanding of functionality, maintenance, and support of the core financial systems Serve as primary subject matter expert for design and development within OneStream Design, Develop, Test, and Implement new solutions and enhancements Estimate and evaluate effort for potential projects Take a project through all stages of the SDLC Support ad-hoc reporting and financial data req...
