Position Summary

The MBA Finance Associates (FA) Program has been in place for over 30 years, recruiting top MBA candidates for dynamic careers in Finance. As part of the full-time program, a Finance Associate will have the opportunity to build a breadth of finance experience across the company by completing 4 six-month rotations. Finance Associates are part of a dynamic learning environment that provides high visibility to senior management and enables Finance Associates to organically build both mentoring relationships with managers and peers and a strong alumni network within the company.

After successfully completing the two-year rotational program, Finance Associates will have the opportunity to transition to full-time positions within BMS Finance, well-positioned to progress a career in finance at BMS.
