Primary Purpose

The Manager of Maintenance Finance & Business Services oversees financial, administrative, analytical, and compliance functions for the Maintenance organization and collaborates closely with all five ADUSA brands to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence. This role ensures accurate tracking of maintenance costs, adherence to financial controls, timely reporting, and effective collaboration between Maintenance and Finance to uphold strong financial controls and data integrity. The Business Services Manager leads a team responsible for cost accounting, work order/invoice analysis, inventory reconciliation, and budgeting related to maintenance operations.

Additionally, this role provides leadership to the Supervisor, Administrators, and Specialist teams while partnering with brand leadership across all ADUSA brands to support operational decision-making and long-term planning for the Maintenance organization. The Maintenance Business Services Manager will maintain a dotted-line leadership relationship with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure that the Maintenance organization is fully supported across all financial planning, reporting, and analytical functions.
