The Capital Markets Financial Analysis (“CMFA”) Hub Manager is a multifamily subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day management of the CMFA Hub’s delivery of financial analysis on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily brokerage services. In this role, the CMFA Hub Manager provides oversight on the execution of multifamily financial analysis requests by providing direction, conducting quality control reviews, and lending subject matter expertise to a diverse team of financial analysts. The CMFA Hub Manager provides oversight on team member development and performance, ensuring alignment on service delivery expectations. This role serves as a key contributor to the CMFA Hub’s maturity with involvement in training and onboarding activities, implementing standardized workflow processes, implementing best practices, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to ensure sustained delivery of high-quality, efficient services to Capital Markets.

Team members may be expected to work in various time zones, depending on the product type and markets they service. The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York City and available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office.Job Description
