LATAM Finance Controller (CPA) | Netsuite and Cash Flow

Remote | LATAM / South America | Full-Time Engagement

SourceOne Global is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Controller to lead our accounting function and oversee company cash flow. You will give leadership a clear view of financial performance while strengthening the processes and controls behind the numbers.

We work with international suppliers and manage inventory and manufacturing assets. This role calls for someone who can handle the full accounting cycle and work closely with teams across U.S. and Philippines time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the monthly close, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows, maintain cash forecasts, and help leadership plan upcoming payments.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and customer credit controls.
• Manage inventory accounting, including costing, landed costs, physical count reconciliations, and cost of goods sold.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including molds, tooling, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Administer accounting workflows and reporting in NetSuite.
• Maintain financial controls and coordinate with internal teams and external advisers on banking, tax, audit, and compliance matters.
• Prepare clear financial reports and explain key results and risks to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Active CPA credential
• Hands-on NetSuite proficiency
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience owning the full accounting cycle
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Significant inventory accounting experience in a product-based or manufacturing business
• Experience accounting for manufacturing assets, particularly molds or tooling with multiple payment stages
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across time zones

Engagement

This is a full-time, ongoing independent contractor engagement. We are seeking candidates based in LATAM / South America who can collaborate consistently with our U.S. and Philippines teams.
