A different kind of entry point into finance

Are you interested in business, enjoy working with people, and want a career that combines communication with analytical thinking?

Our team is looking for a Junior Account Manager in Baton Rouge to help deliver financial advisory services to business clients. You’ll learn how companies manage their cash resources, plan for financial needs, and improve the way they use working capital.

Rather than spending your days on repetitive administrative tasks, you’ll gain exposure to client discussions, consulting assignments, financial reporting, and business operations. Experienced colleagues will help you understand the work, build confidence, and gradually take on more responsibility.

You don't need to be a treasury expert to get started. We’re looking for someone with a solid educational foundation, a professional attitude, and the motivation to learn.

Your first-year experienceGet to know the clients and their businesses

You’ll help the team understand what clients need and make sure their requests receive the right attention.

  • Assist with day-to-day communication with business clients.
  • Prepare information for meetings and maintain records of important discussions.
  • Follow up on client questions and coordinate responses with colleagues.
  • Help organize new client accounts and introductory meetings.
  • Learn how to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

Explore the financial side of business

You’ll work with colleagues who advise companies on financial processes and operational efficiency.

  • Collect and organize information relating to cash flow and working capital.
  • Assist with spreadsheets, financial summaries, and business presentations.
  • Help prepare materials for consulting assignments.
  • Track project activities and report outstanding items.
  • Learn how liquidity management and treasury operations support business decisions.

Help the team deliver on its commitments

Good coordination allows consultants to focus on solving client problems. You’ll help make that possible.

  • Maintain project calendars and action lists.
  • Coordinate documents and information between internal teams.
  • Update client records in the CRM system.
  • Check reports and presentations for accuracy.
  • Identify delays, missing information, or tasks requiring follow-up.

Develop your own client management skills

As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to participate more actively in account reviews, handle routine client requests independently, and contribute ideas for improving service quality.

The objective is to help you build the judgment and practical experience needed to progress toward a full Account Manager position.

What makes you a good fit?

We welcome applications from recent graduates and professionals at the beginning of their careers.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Internships, university projects, or previous customer-facing experience are valuable.
  • An interest in consulting, financial services, banking, fintech, or business operations.

Skills and working style

  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize information and handle several tasks without losing attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and a willingness to collaborate.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is helpful but not required.

An understanding of cash flow, working capital, banking, or corporate treasury is an advantage. We’ll help you develop the specialized knowledge needed for the position.

Additional language skills, including Spanish, French, Italian, or German, are welcome for work involving international clients.

We value people who are dependable, open to feedback, comfortable asking questions, and willing to learn from experienced colleagues.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a package designed to support both your financial stability and professional growth.

  • Base salary: $50,000–$62,000 annually.
  • Annual bonus: Up to 15%, subject to the applicable performance plan.
  • Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
  • Time off: Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Flexible work: Hybrid arrangements and flexible hours, subject to company policy.
