Odyssey is seeking a Junior Program Control Analyst who will provide on-site project management/administrative support and coordination for our CCN2 portfolio in Niceville, FL. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, financial performance analysis, contract funding and expenditure analysis and reporting, contract billing review, and budget variance analysis with a primary focus on contract travel requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days per week on-site. Responsibilities --------------------

Financial Planning & Analysis

* Apply financial and accounting principles for preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other contract or project business-related tasks. * Employ financial control procedures and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program/task status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements. This may include ensuring funding is available and recommending adjustments to budgetary plans and forecasts to ensure execution within the contract budget. * Provide internal financial reporting and forecasting to the collaborating Program Control Analyst(s) as well as Program Leadership. * Participate in CCN2 financial analysis review with the leadership team; build presentation material for leadership review. * Maintain insight into all travel financial execution and projections, actively coordinating with Government, Odyssey, and Subcontractor points of contact to ensure accurate and timely authorization and expense reports, as well as invoices, are produced and delivered accurately on time. * Assess funding health to ensure appropriate levels are projected and available to support contr
