### About the role

We’re looking for an IT Risk Analyst with 4+ years of experience to strengthen our IT risk and compliance programs. You’ll play a key role in managing IT risk frameworks, leading SOC and ISO audits, and making sure our systems operate securely and efficiently.

### Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across systems and services
• Lead and coordinate SOC 1 audit readiness and responses
• Develop and document IT control frameworks and conduct internal audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and support ISMS improvements
• Evaluate and improve IT processes for efficiency and risk management
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to manage IT risks
• Support IT operations including Azure, Citrix, IBM TM1, and firewall environments
