About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic finance transformation, SAP, ERP, and digital technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented Project Manager who can work effectively across IT, Finance, Shared Services, business teams, and external implementation partners to drive projects from planning through successful deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with hands-on knowledge of SAP, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with SAP S/4HANA.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital finance transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Shared Services, and third-party vendors.
• Lead projects involving SAP and related finance technologies.
• Support ERP implementation, finance process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, executive reporting, status reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Manage implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure business readiness, successful deployment, and transition to ongoing support teams.
• Maintain strong communication with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive projects toward measurable business outcomes, improved efficiency, and stronger compliance.
