Initio Capital is onboarding a select group of Investment Partners to deploy capital into vetted startup opportunities through our SPVs and direct deals.

This is a pure investor role.

No sourcing.

No coaching.

No operating responsibilities.

### What You’ll Do

• Deploy capital into Initio SPVs and select direct investments
• Review curated opportunities with pre-built diligence and materials
• Participate in optional diligence calls and portfolio reviews
• Make informed investment decisions with full transparency

### Investment Structure
