The good-faith pay range for this role is $118,400 - $186,850 per year. Actual compensation may vary and may be above the posted range based on factors such as a candidate's skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location.

What your job will be like

The Financial Systems Manager serves as Jefferson Lab’s principal owner and expert for all financial systems and related business processes. This role performs highly complex information technology work with significant independence, covering system administration, database and reporting tools, integrations, security, and enterprise applications.

You will lead the Financial Systems Group and oversee the full lifecycle of financial systems operations—including system strategy, upgrades, compliance, security, internal controls, and business process optimization. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across MIS, Accounting, HR, Procurement, Property, and other Laboratory functions.

You will play a critical role ensuring the Lab’s financial systems remain accurate, compliant, secure, and aligned with Laboratory mission, culture, and programmatic priorities.

In this job you will

Lead the planning, design, integration, testing, upgrading, and optimization of financial system capabilities across ERP platforms, reporting tools, and connected applications.
