This position is fully on-site at an assigned work location. Remote or hybrid work options are not available.

Under direction, the Financial Services Manager is responsible to plan and manage the City's accounting activities, including general ledger accounting, cost accounting, project accounting, and auditing; to assist with investments of City funds, budget preparation and administration, financial planning and reporting, and utility billing; and to perform other work as required.

The Financial Services Manager reports to the Management Services Director and oversees the accounting and utility accounting /billing function to ensure that the financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. EXAMINATION PROCESS: Based upon screening of the City application, résumé, and responses to supplemental questions, applicants whose qualifications best meet the requirements of the position will be invited to the examination process.
