• Ensure adherence to securities law, financial regulations, and compliance standards through diligent review and documentation.
• Conduct financial analysis using advanced software tools to evaluate client assets, cash flow, and tax implications.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and tailored financial advice.
• Stay current on industry knowledge of financial markets, regulatory changes, and innovative financial products to deliver informed recommendations.

Skills

• Strong understanding of securities law, FINRA regulations (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and industry compliance standards.
• Proven experience in financial sales, investment management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Proficiency in financial software applications for analysis, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Solid foundation in financial concepts such as cash management, accounting principles (public and corporate), and technical accounting practices.
• Familiarity with industry regulations governing financial services including banking standards and asset management protocols.
