About the Role

The Financial Analyst, Senior Living Capex will have the opportunity to join an S&P 500 company and work on a high-profile and growing portfolio of senior housing assets with a focus on organic capital investments. The Financial Analyst will report to the Director, Senior Living Capex and oversee financial analysis, project underwriting, and portfolio-level tracking and reporting across 850+ senior housing communities in North America and the UK. He/she will be a key contributor to an integral team within Ventas and will have a significant responsibility for, and impact on, the portfolio's financial performance.
