We are a financial firm looking for someone who has customer service experience, good work ethic, communication skills and personable. We are not looking for someone who has a background in finance, as long as you are open to learning about the industry and how it works. Must be coachable, driven, and comfortable working with people.

This position is commission-based compensation. It provides significant income potential for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, generating business, and being rewarded for their success. While income may vary, top performers often exceed what they might earn in a traditional salary-role.

Responsibilities

Building andMaintaining client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Presenting products or services and explaining their benefits to customers to ensure satisfaction and to uncover additional opportunities.
