Finance Specialist

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by our client, a Tampa-based investment firm, who is seeking a Finance Specialist. This part time role is a bridge between outside advisors, an offshore bookkeeping team, and senior leadership — focused on execution, coordination, and keeping core financial operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between leadership, outside advisors, and an offshore bookkeeping team, ensuring guidance is clearly communicated and executed
• Manage entity setup, maintenance, and compliance tasks
• Handle transactional finance needs including payments, filings, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with outside counsel on various tax and legal matters and follow through on action items
• Provide general finance and administrative support in a lean, fast-moving environment

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or fund operations; former controllers, senior accountants, and fund administrators are encouraged to apply
• Exposure to fund structures, LP reporting, capital calls, or K-1s a plus
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to take direction from outside advisors and execute independently
• Experience coordinating with offshore or remote teams across time zones
