Overview

As a Finance Manager at NexHealth, you'll oversee financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and support business growth. You'll lead financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Deliver accurate financial reporting, improve financial efficiency, and help leadership make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage daily financial operations, general ledger accounting, and month-end closing processes.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash flow, and financial reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial planning activities.
Manage accounting systems, financial software, and Excel-based reporting.
Support audits, maintain internal controls, and ensure financial compliance.
Lead and develop finance team members while improving financial processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
16+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including 6+ years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth companies preferred.
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
