: Finance and Asset Monitoring Analyst

Based in

: Washington, DC, USA

The selected professional will support the VP of Finance and Asset Monitoring with the financing and asset managemen t of X-Elio’s utility-scale solar and BESS projects in the US.

What will you do?

Project Finance Deal Execution

• Support the execution of tax equity and debt financings through all phases: market sounding, investor and lender selection, due diligence, model management, document negotiation, funding and post-close transition.
• Manage data rooms, advisor engagements and reports, KYC/AML and closing conditions and documentation.

Financial Modeling and Investor Materials

• Build and maintain project finance models, including cash flow projections, debt and tax equity sizing, returns and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare investor materials such as information memoranda and teasers to support market sounding and fundraising.

Asset Management and Stakeholder Coordination

• Support the post-close transition to asset management, including funding requests, monitoring models and investor return tracking.
• Coordinate with lenders, tax equity investors and brokers, and with internal tax, development, construction, legal, accounting, treasury and procurement teams.
• Contribute to reports, process improvement and the development of the team.

What do we need?

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy finance; tax equity experience preferred.
• Experience in solar project finance; BESS experience is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

• Project finance, financial modeling and market analysis.
• Tax equity and debt financing structures.
• Accounting knowledge is a plus.

Skills
