The Opportunity

Angel Heart is a start-up, enterprise-grade, high-margin, data-driven senior care SaaS technology platform. Under our wellness tech subsidiary, Vidian, we digitally track 16 key biomarkers to provide real-time, AI-driven vitality monitoring, longevity counseling, and functional decline prevention. Our initial focus is with respect to the senior care demographic. Our wider intent is to expand to all age groups and demographic categories as a general wellness application.

We are seeking an elite, tech-sector Vice President of Finance / CFO to architect our financial modeling as we scale our multi-channel SaaS architecture. The candidate will serve as the chief financial strategist to the founder, managing our upcoming $5M institutional runway and positioning the financial infrastructure for an eventual public market track. The successful candidate shall work alongside the Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing (both of which are part of this recruitment drive) to successfully capture significant market share in both the senior care and senior tech industries.

The Company

Angel Heart is a highly standardized, franchise-based senior care ecosystem focused on four main pillars:

• Proprietary Tech & SaaS (Vidian): Our groundbreaking Signia 16 dashboard monitors 16 key biomarkers, promoting longevity science and preventive care to seniors at the clinical level. *(See 3D rendition at the end of the video).* This is our most scalable service/product.
• Senior Care Operations: In-home and board-and-care operations serve as our exclusive proprietary data source. This highly profitable, recession-proof layer establishes the deep trust required to deliver longevity tech and preventive applications across “the last mile.”
• Real Estate Portfolio: A collection of Board and Care facilities—built with ambient intelligence tech—strategically placed across the U.S. This creates an unassailable “hard asset” floor (luxury mini-mansions for the upper-middle market) to heavily de-risk the entire investment.
• NIL Collegiate Athletes: We leverage NIL collegiate athletes and celebrity endorsers/franchisees to infuse our brand with immediate relevance, making aging-in-place and senior care aspirational, engaging, and culturally dominant.

Vidian, our tech sub, is fundamentally a highly complex software and data-asset business. However, our interface with the public (Angel Heart Caregivers LLC) is our premier senior care agency. To the world, we are the gold standard of care. We are seeking a brilliant tech leader who recognizes that while senior care operations are structurally linear and highly automatable via AI, our public-facing execution must be completely top-notch and deeply rooted in senior care and aspirational living.

As Vice President of Finance / CFO, you will ensure our multi-divisional structure is financially optimized, driving long-term fiscal modeling while protecting the unit economics of the high-multiplier SaaS engine.

The Market

The U.S. non-medical home care and senior living market is a massive, recession-proof $980B annual industry driven by the unavoidable demographics of an aging Baby Boomer generation. However, despite generating hundreds of billions in annual revenue, the industry suffers from severe structural stagnation, an obsolete operational playbook, and a total absence of technological innovation. As a result of the foregoing factors, the market is highly vulnerable to disruption. We are seeking an ambitious executive to help us achieve market disruption and dominance in the senior care/tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• SaaS Financial Modeling: Own the development of dynamic financial models tracking ARR, NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and Per-Member-Per-Month (PMPM) enterprise pricing structures.
• Operational Capitalization: Ensure the linear senior care division is fully capitalized to maintain its top-notch, premium public execution, forecasting the high-volume cash flows that drive our 40% market share objective.
• IPO Market Positioning: Position the Company or one of its subsidiaries for IPO spinoff. Prepare investor-grade financial pro formas and statements for our institutional board members and venture capital partners (including upcoming Series A preparation).
• Multi-Divisional Oversight: Balance the financial forecasting of our stable operational footprints and real estate backing with the rapid, exponential growth curves of our SaaS division.

What We Are Looking For

• FinTech/SaaS Veteran: Extensive experience as a VP of Finance or CFO within software-as-a-service, marketplace, or enterprise health-tech, with a clear capability to value data assets and model multi-million dollar institutional runways.
• Education. BBA or B.S,/B.A. (Finance) required

Operational Scope

This position shall be initially structured to be a highly focused part-time contract (5 to 10 hours per week). This structure is intentionally designed to maximize our capital efficiency during our pre-funding engineering phase.

· The Immediate Objective: Your initial mandate is entirely execution-focused: collaborating with the leadership team to finalize the market entry strategy, optimize asset deployment, and prepare core platform materials for institutional rollout.

· The Exponential Trajectory: This is not a permanent part-time gig. As our flagship Signia 16 Dashboard by Vidian completes development, finalizes testing, and deploys into active client management environments, this position is structured to immediately transition into a permanent, high velocity, full-time executive position.

Pay: $77,422.88 - $93,240.46 per year
