Director of Finance

Your future role at a glance: Location: Indianapolis, INFacility: Partial Remote | Ascension St Vincent- IndianapolisSchedule: Days | Full-time | On-site 3 days/weekSalary range: $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-Remote #InternalOps How you'll make an impact in this role: * Lead the comprehensive month-end close review, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. * Evaluate and model robust business cases for new ventures and growth opportunities. * Drive the execution of key strategic financial initiatives to support organizational objectives. * Oversee comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal discipline. * Lead large capital project management, partnering with department heads to provide financial insights, ensure budget compliance, and optimize ROI.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional requirements you'll need: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA. * Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible financial experience within a healthcare setting. * Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
