Controller – Multi-Location HVAC Services Company

We are a growing, statewide Florida home services company seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to take our financial reporting, controls, and profitability analysis to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve financial reporting, accuracy, and accountability.
• Develop detailed EBITDA and P&L reporting by business unit, branch, and department.
• Analyze profitability, margins, expenses, and operational performance.
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Controller, Comptroller, or senior finance leader.
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-division businesses.
• HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on, analytical, results-driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
