Job Description
We are seeking a Controller as we transition through a merger between a fintech platform and a bank. The successful candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment and independently develop practical solutions to complex accounting and operational challenges
We are an early-stage, growth-oriented organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where adaptability, ownership, and practical problem-solving are valued as highly as technical expertise. We are a remote-first organization that values ownership, accountability, and results.

Full-time, fully remote. Candidates must be in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Role Overview

- Support accounting matters related to the bank holding company structure and regulated financial services environment.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, BSA, Risk, HR, Development, and other business functions to support sound business decision-making.
