Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial statement analysis, interpretation, and reporting in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards).
• Lead risk management initiatives by conducting thorough risk analysis, implementing internal controls such as COSO frameworks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, liquidity management, and investment strategies to support organizational stability.
• Drive revenue management through strategic pricing models, revenue cycle management, and business development efforts such as mergers & acquisitions or fundraising activities for organizational growth.
• Supervise financial software systems and accounting systems to ensure accurate data collection, reporting efficiency, and technological integration across finance functions.
