Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to promote growth and stability.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations.
• Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial projection models to support decision-making.
• Manage risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial threats and establish mitigation strategies in compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) standards.
• Direct treasury management activities such as cash flow optimization, investment oversight, and funding strategies for mergers & acquisitions or other business development opportunities.
• Ensure accurate regulatory reporting and maintain compliance with industry-specific financial regulations and standards like ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations).
