The Role

The Change Management Lead owns the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program end to end. This role builds and runs the ADKAR-based approach that drives awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement across every impacted stakeholder group, from executive sponsors to venue-level staff, and defines the adoption metrics the program is measured against. It owns business readiness: assessing change impact across corporate and venue operations, setting readiness criteria for each deployment wave, and reporting readiness status that supports go or no-go decisions with evidence, not opinion. It owns adoption in practice: the training, the stakeholder communications, the Change Champion Network, and the reinforcement work after go-live that makes the change hold.
