The Remote Business Analyst, Capital Planning supports executive leadership in the development, evaluation, and execution of strategic initiatives and capital investment opportunities across the Medicare Advantage organization. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop data-driven business cases, perform financial and operational analyses, quantify benefits, assess risks, and support capital planning processes.

The analyst serves as a key contributor in translating strategic priorities into actionable investment proposals, enabling informed decision-making through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical Services, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Network Management, and Growth teams to evaluate opportunities that improve member outcomes, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.Business Case Development

• Lead the development of business cases for strategic initiatives, technology investments, operational improvements, and capital requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, opportunities, objectives, assumptions, and success criteria.
