Assistant Controller

Help drive financial accuracy, support business decisions, and contribute to a growing manufacturing organization. Our Climate Control & Air Treatment team is seeking an Assistant Controller to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with the Controller and works across multiple functions to ensure accurate financial information while helping improve processes and support business growth.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• ERP system experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $70k - $110k, plus gainshare bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
