Job Summary

Responsible for preparation of all (i) quarterly and annual financial statements and annual audit reports with accompanying footnotes and (ii) U.S. required regulatory reports. Serve as key CITGO contact for external auditors. Perform special projects and analysis as requested. Responsible for preparation of accounting policies and procedures. Resolve accounting issues by reference to authoritative accounting literature.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years experience
• 1 year experience AND either a CPA license or a Master’s degree in relevant field

* Versatile and proactive with an ability to research issues independently, formulate questions and identify/propose solutions

* Perform broad financial analysis of results of operations

* Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

* Prioritize duties when given multple projects with limited supervision

* Strong interperonal and organizational skills

* Strong analytical ability

* Effective oral and written communication skills

* CPA or CPA Eligible
